Annual Well visits to promote general health and wellbeing through preventive services and screenings.
Non-urgent Visit
Episodic visits for non-urgent health conditions or chronic health condition management.
Telehealth Visit
Available for medical conditions that do not require in-person evaluation, such as COVID management, mental health concerns, discussion of lab or imaging results, urinary symptoms, tick bites.

Asthma - Pediatric
At Acton Medical, our providers will create an individualized plan to control your child’s asthma. In addition, our asthma educator will make sure treating your child’s asthma is as simple and understandable as possible.

Nutrition
The goal of a nutrition visit is to help adults and children meet their health goals. We work with patients and families to incorporate cultural values and preferences into our nutrition services.
Vaccines and Immunizations
Flu Vaccine – For current patients ages 6 months and older
Covid Vaccine – For current patients ages 6 months through 18 years
RSV Immunization – For current patients under 8 months
During our Flu and COVID clinic, patients may still request Covid and Flu vaccines be given during their regular visits.
